With so many statistics and information floating around in the real estate industry, it is important to understand what factors are important to pay attention to and how they help you make the best decision possible during your real estate transaction so you can act with confidence. Each month, I provide a variety of important reports with statistics including:
- The summary of Market Activity with the "Vegas Valley Real Estate Marketing Report" which is published monthly
- The amount of properties sold each month broken down by type of selling transaction (i.e. bank owned, short sale, or regular seller) which provides an accurate assessment of inventory being sold each month
