Home Preservation Seminar
In an effort to help the community and area sellers, Kristine Dugan (CSP® (Certified Shortsale Professional®) and SFR® (Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource®) of SMG Realty has partnered with local attorney, Dirk Ravenholt, Esq. to educate current homeowners on home preservation options. This goal will be accomplished by providing education and assistance concerning the options to homeowners have to preserve their home, sustain their credit score, and educate themselves on foreclosure solutions.

What Attendees Can Expect to Learn
